State of Affairs

May has come and gone. I haven't blogged as much as I had hoped because I am still getting used to the new rhythm of my life. I needed to get a grip on things before I could write about them. I expected May to be a better month than April. I wish I could say that May lived up to my expectations. I cannot believe I spent the morning of my 25th birthday dealing with California's incompetent EDD Unemployment Center. However, I am proud to say that I am doing well and my job search has led to some promising leads. I am discovering new joys and learning how to set a more realistic and healthy pace of life for myself.
