Remember when school was fun?
When learning was cool?
When tomorrow was just another day (not death in the form of a computerized mid-term)?
Remember when the most pressing issue in your mind was dinner?
When you actually had time to eat?
When life was more than what was in the books?
I forgot when the line was crossed
Between reading books to learn about life
And letting life become books.
